Local chefs harvesting fresh heirloom vegetables early in the morning

Chefs Zoriy and Rafael of Babushka Restaurant in Walnut Creek came by to select product for their Sunday brunch menu.  Farmer & Chef John helps them envision some presentation ideas.  Today’s harvest was exotic lettuces, all high in anthocyanins, a powerful anti-oxidant (the same one you get in blueberries).
